Appliance Delivery & Installation - Lead Technician

What You’ll Do

• Lead a delivery/installation team from truck load-out to customer sign-off
• Install household & commercial appliances to manufacturer specs
• Mentor and train new technicians on best practices & safety
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure top-tier customer service
• Maintain truck, tools, and equipment in excellent condition
   

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years in appliance delivery/installation required
• 1+ years lead experience required
• 2+ years operating a 24’ non-CDL box truck
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
• Certification in appliance installation is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
