We're seeking a motivated Driver / Appliance Delivery Technician who enjoys working as part of a team, takes safety seriously, and delivers outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be delivering and installing appliances throughout Oahu while representing a company that values professionalism, reliability, and quality service.
Whether you have experience delivering appliances, working in moving services, construction, warehousing, or delivery, we'd love to hear from you. If you're hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn, we're willing to train the right candidate.
As the Lead Driver, you'll play an important role in ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead the delivery crew with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Perform daily pre-trip inspections to ensure the delivery vehicle is safe and ready for operation.
Verify all merchandise against the delivery manifest before loading.
Properly protect, organize, and secure appliances and merchandise for safe transportation.
Deliver, set up, and install appliances safely in customers' homes and businesses.
Confirm every item on the delivery manifest is completed accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
Remove haul-away appliances and load returned merchandise.
Unload haul-away items and returns at the warehouse.
Keep the delivery truck clean, organized, and ready for the next day.
Follow all safety procedures while lifting and moving heavy appliances.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances throughout the day.
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well with a partner and independently when needed.
Appliance delivery, furniture delivery, moving, warehouse, or installation experience is a plus-but not required.
