Pay Scale: Trainee positions begin at $25.00/hour with opportunities for over-time.  Licensed Appliance Installers earn an hourly rate commensurate to their experience.  In addition to the base salary, both positions offer an annual performance-based bonus.

 

Job Summary: 

Albert Lee Appliance has immediate openings for experienced Appliance Installers and Electricians, as well as Trainees new to the industry to deliver and install built-in appliances throughout Puget Sound in residential homes.  These are physically demanding positions that involve driving and operating a box truck.  As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to earn a Washington State Electrical Card and advance into the position of Appliance Installer once trained in all aspects of the appliance installation field.  Albert Lee Appliance has been in business since 1939 and is the largest independent appliance dealer in Washington State. Essential functions of the Position:

 

·        Ability to lift up to 75lbs.

·        Mechanical aptitude with a working knowledge of power and hand tools. 

·        Ability to work in both a team environment AND independently with minimal supervision.

·        Ability to interact and communicate professionally with the end consumer.

·        A valid Washington State driver’s license with clean driving record – CDL not required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

·        Background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC a plus (NOT REQUIRED).

·        Background Check

 

Education: 

 

·        High school graduate or GED equivalent.

·        Washington State Electrical Certification -  REQ for Appliance Installers only, not Trainees.
