About the Role:
Hiring Major Appliance Service Technicians, become a vital part of our dedicated team in Toledo, OH. Ace Appliance is in the TOP 1% of the HIGEST PAID technicians in the United States. You will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an appliance repair technician. We will need verification of the Appliance Repair company you worked for. We are hiring experienced service technicians only at this time.   

Compensation


  • Full-time technicians can expect to earn between $85,000 to $140,000 over a 12-month period. This salary is influenced by skill level and the willingness to take on extra calls during peak seasons.

  1. Company Vehicle: 
o   Ace supplies and maintains a company vehicle for daily use, including a gas card.




  1. Health Insurance: 
    • Ace offers health insurance for employees, covering 100% of the premium.



  2. Disability Insurance: 

o   Aflac disability insurance for on and off the job.  



  1. Health Savings Account (HSA) Contributions: 
o   Ace matches 100% of your HSA contributions.



  1. Commission on Ace Appliance Protection Plans: 
o   Ace pays a commission on all Ace Appliance Protection Plans that you sell. Earn up to $15,000 more on top of your existing pay. 



  1. Commission on Major Appliances: 
o   Ace pays a commission on any major appliances that you sell if you condemn an appliance. 



  1. Paid Days Off: 
    • Every year you work at Ace you accumulate paid days off:

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair major appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens, dishwashers, microwaves.   

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.

  • Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating repair options and solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.

  • Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.

 




  1. Requirements:
     
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an appliance repair technician. References will be required from the appliance repair company.      
       Valid driver's license and clean driving record.


  2.  
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
