About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Furniture Fair as an Appliance Repair Technician with Computer Experience! This exciting role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances while utilizing your technical skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair household appliances, ensuring optimal functionality.

Utilize computer systems for tracking repairs and managing inventory.

Provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits.

Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.

Stay updated on appliance technology and repair techniques.

Order and manage parts necessary for repairs.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in appliance repair, preferably with major brands.

Strong computer skills for documentation and repair tracking.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
