The roots of Martin Companies trace back to 1973, when Dennis & Geraldine Martin started in business as Martin Appliance Service, based out of their home. The company expanded over the years to include appliance and furniture sales, commercial and residential water testing and treatment, and HVAC sales and service. Appliance Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are searching for an Appliance CSR who can work with our team and take initiative independently of direct supervision. We value the customer service aspect of your role and provide extensive on-site training.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication:  Establish relationships with customers on the phone, in-store, or electronically by courteously and professionally resolving their service needs.


• Schedule Service Appointments: Schedule technicians to repair appliances and provide routine maintenance.


• Help Customers with Appliance Parts: Assist customers by researching and selling the parts they need to maintain and repair their appliances.


• Support Appliance Technicians: Facilitate efficient service by optimizing schedules; and ordering, receiving, and staging parts for jobs.


• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other CSRs, service technicians, and sales team members.
