About the Role:

Join Ray's TV & Appliance as an Appliance Service Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. With a commitment to quality and reliability, you'll diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, ensuring our clients' homes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair various home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Document service calls and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.

Stay updated with the latest appliance technology and repair techniques.

Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory of parts and tools required for repairs.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair preferred.

2+ years of experience in appliance repair or related field.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Certification from a recognized appliance repair program is a plus.
