Dick Van Dyke Inc. Technicians follow basic operating instructions; troubleshoot breakdowns; maintain supplies and inventory; call manufacturers for technical assistance. Document service actions by completing paperless forms.
We will commit to the right candidate with a 4-month hands-on training process from the first day on the job. During that training process the candidate will receive $18 to $19 per hour based on mechanical skillset, a company issued Silverado truck stocked with fast moving replacement parts, a cell phone for company use, and a laptop to remain paperless.
The second phase of the candidate’s employment, they will move into a salary of $40k annually plus 8% commission on all their repair work. Dick Van Dyke Inc. also awards technicians with a $500 monthly bonus based off performance and achievement.
Appliance Service Technician Minimum Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good technical/mechanical skillset
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to push, pull up to 50lbs
- You must have professionalism with a clean, neat appearance
- On call rotations
- A proven record of a good work ethic
- Provide 2 professional references
