About the Role:

Join Bettar, Inc. as an Appliance Technician and become a vital part of our dedicated team in Kensington, MD! We are passionate about providing top-notch appliance repair services, and we’re looking for skilled technicians with refrigeration certifications.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, mainly including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent future issues.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide estimates.

Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.

Stay updated on industry trends and new appliances to enhance service quality.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service visits.

Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure high-quality repairs.

Requirements:

Valid R Certifications required for appliance repair.

Proven experience as an appliance technician or in a similar role.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with various brands and models of appliances.

Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
