Application Analyst

ITnova is seeking an Application Analyst to provide support, maintenance, and optimization of business applications.

Duties:

• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues.


• Configure, upgrade, and test applications to ensure functionality.


• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and implement solutions.


• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.


• Document application configurations, processes, and procedures.


• Provide end-user support and training.


• Ensure compliance with IT standards and security requirements.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform/App Builder.

General Experience: Five (5) years in IT application support or related field.

Specialized Experience:

• Three (3) years in analyzing, configuring, or supporting enterprise applications.


• Experience with application lifecycle management.


• Strong problem-solving and customer support skills.
