Application Analyst - Blue Yonder Planning

A growing consumer products company in New Jersey is currently seeking an Application Analyst - Blue Yonder Planning for a great remote opportunity with their growing team.

Job Overview: The Application Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the Blue Yonder planning solutions within our organization. They will play a key role in guiding teams through the agile methodology and ensuring the successful delivery of Blue Yonder product customizations and implementations.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyze current Blue Yonder planning flows and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with customer, sales, and implementation teams for Blue Yonder product customizations.
Manage the delivery of large Cloud business transformation programs, specifically Journey 2 Cloud for Blue Yonder Azure migrations.
Execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet initial planned project management constraints.
Collaborate with functional developers and application project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes.
Influence stakeholders and demonstrate attention to detail and strong work ethic to manage multiple projects and client interactions concurrently.
Qualifications: Proven experience in Blue Yonder/JDA/Manugistics applications.
Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing large transformation programs in SCM/ Retail/ WMS domains.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Blue Yonder applications.
Ability to handle project-related paperwork, including filing and storage of necessary materials.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Blue Yonder planning solutions.
Work Environment: This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Application Analyst will need to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, both on-shore and off-shore, to ensure the successful implementation of Blue Yonder planning solutions.
