Pay Range: $17.78 - $19.23 p/hr. ($37,000 - $40,000 annualized) plus full benefit package
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8AM – 4PM with the flexibility for after hours and weekends as needed

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Application Coordinator supports Pensacola Habitat for Humanity’s (PHFH) mission by determining if applicants meet Program guidelines and criteria. This experienced and highly motivated individual is an integral part of assisting with the application processes for prospective homebuyers. The Application Coordinator communicates with applicants daily and is an integral part of screening applications and determining various program eligibility. The candidate for this position is expected to have a strong customer service background. The person filling this role will be working independently but will collaborate frequently with homebuyers, the Programs teams, and other PHFH staff.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position is primarily performed in an office setting and may require sitting for long periods of time. This position requires the ability to conduct occasional workshops. This position requires frequent communication with home buyers. On occasion, this position requires working offsite and/or performing other tasks requiring repetitive lifting of up to 25 lbs.
This position requires a valid state driver’s license, safe driving record, reliable transportation, and insurability through our vehicle insurance carrier. This position also requires additional pre-employment screenings including a personal credit check.
This is an hourly position with full benefits. The anticipated work schedule follows general ‘business hours’ but is flexible to meet after hour and weekend demand, with no fewer than 40 hours per week expected.
