Job Description - Application Developer

Job Title: Application Development Expert – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Location: Towson, MD (100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
Hourly Rate: $60 - $76 ( still negotiable)
Duration: 12 months

This is a 100% onsite role in Towson, MD. Only candidates living locally or within a commutable distance should apply.
You must have 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience (customization, architecture, and integrations).

What You’ll Do

Lead the architecture, development, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems
Customize CRM features using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and integrate with third-party applications
Manage daily system performance, patching, and upgrades
Collaborate with business users and translate their needs into technical solutions
Oversee CRM data migrations and SQL database management
Prototype, demo, and deliver new CRM capabilities to end users
Provide training and documentation for technical teams and users
Support QA and deployment activities

What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
7+ years of professional experience in IT
3+ years as a technical expert with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Proven expertise with:
- Dynamics 365 CRM customization and full lifecycle development
- Dynamics APIs, SDKs, and web services
- Programming in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
- CRM workflows, UI customization, and data modeling
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
Experience with QA, documentation, and user training preferred
