Application Developer

2 YEAR TERM.  REQUIRED TO WORK ONSITE IN SACRAMENTO AREA THREE DAYS PER WEEK.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of twenty (20) years of experience supporting web application running on Oracle and writing and troubleshooting SQL code.


• Must have minimum of twenty (20) years of experience working with Java, J2EE and JavaScript framework.


• Must have a minimum of twenty (20) years of experience using Spring with Model View Controller (MVC) Framework, Spring Batch and Spring Web Services.


• Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience designing and tuning SQL for performance with Oracle.


• Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience using tools including but not limited to Jira, Bitbucket, Service Now, SQL Developer, and Eclipse IDE.


• Experience with design, build and deploy and/or migrate applications in the cloud (Azure or AWS).


• Experience developing RESTful APIs using J2EE framework with tools including but not limited to Postman.


• Experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions and processes.
