Description
Reporting to the Development Officer, this role leads initiatives across application development and configuration, workflow automation, business intelligence, analytics solutions, and related items.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
· Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
· Continuously learn about the business and the data that supports it.
· Build business intelligence and analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
· Design and implement automated workflows to support various internal departments.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
· Test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows to ensure ongoing accuracy and efficiency.
· Monitor and upgrade workflows as business needs evolve.
· Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
· Continuously refine and optimize existing workflows to improve performance and reduce costs.
· Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data and business objectives.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows.
· Provide technical support and training to end-users.
· Maintain thorough documentation for all automation processes.
· Proactively monitor automations for issues and performance enhancement opportunities.
· Partner with teams across the organization to understand goals and align automation strategies accordingly.
· Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
· Stay current on trends in business process automation and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of attributes, skills, experience and education which include:
· Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity while working to drive clarity.
· Ability to interpret business requirements and fully implement technology and data solutions that meet the requirements.
· Ability to efficiently and effectively overcome obstacles through diligence, leveraging resources, etc.
· Experience with effective use of CRM applications (e.g. Salesforce).
· Experience with effective use of workflow automation applications (e.g. Power Automate).
· Experience with effective use of business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, custom scripting) to publish dashboards and derive insights.
· Experience with analytical approaches to derive deep insights.
· Graduate degree in business analytics, information technology, computer science, or related field.
