What The Position is About:

• Evaluate customer window and door profiles and recommend appropriate product and system solutions
• Optimize hardware bills of material to integrate with customer profile systems
• Troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, and field performance issues
• Physically apply and test hardware on sample windows and doors in the shop and at customer facilities
• Support product development, modifications, prototyping, validation, and implementation
• Assist with product testing, performance analysis, technical documentation, and industry compliance requirements
• Provide technical guidance to improve product quality, manufacturability, and production processes
• Conduct customer training and provide hands-on technical support alongside the sales team during customer visits

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Strong mechanical engineering background
• Technical experience supporting window and door products, with the ability to understand product functionality and application
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and customer applications
• Customer-facing technical communication skills
