Application Support Analyst IV - WCMC Sterile Processing - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

Job Description:

This position is the expert analyst on the use of systems and operates as the technical project coordinator for the installation and implementation of new features and functions. This position also provides operational decision support via data analytics reporting on key metrics and ad-hoc needs. May provide oversight for business support staff and provide support and facilitation of IT-related software and hardware support for key applications, devices and implementations. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Familiar with all the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in area of specialty Preferred

Experience:

• 5 years Application Support Analyst III or Af Level III Analyst in the field or related area Required

Skills:

• Demonstrates business and technical application expertise within a particular medical or business department..

• Clear understanding of multiple system databases, programing, high value healthcare asset management, report writing, and staff productivity.

• Strong computer skills using MS outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, and familiarity with Specialty applications for project and resource collaboration.

$67.40 - $101.08
