Application Systems Analyst I - Full Time - Days - AHSIC

The Application Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and systems to support business operations. This role serves as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs and align with organizational goals.

• Provide daily operational support promptly at all levels. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. 
• Identify the root cause of the issue in multiple-vendor support scenarios and suggest a quick workaround for operational continuity if possible.
• Provide Business Management Report implementation and support. Provide scheduled recurrent business reports to managers and staff members. Scripting for the daily operation process, automation, and BI reports.
• Evaluate existing business applications and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Analyze data and workflows to recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities. 
• Lead or support application implementation projects, including configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. 
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities. 
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. 
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Perform data maintenance, tools add-ons, and on-demand tasks in the core business application.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or related field
