At Fortune Brands Innovations, the General Manager for a specific channel within a Business Unit or Group drives overall performance and profitability through strategic leadership and operational excellence. This role owns setting both long- and short-term strategic visions and transforming them into actionable 4P strategies: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion while allocating resources appropriately to drive results for the Connected Security brands and business. Additionally, the role is responsible for partnering with the relevant sales leaders across the BUs to deliver profitable growth. The General Manager will guide cross-functional collaboration across Sales (retail, Ecomm, B2B partnerships, etc.), Centers of Excellence (COEs), Supply Chain, and Core Functions to meet financial targets (top and bottom-line growth) while building market-leading brand impact.
This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in IoT, smart home technologies, and consumer-centric innovation. The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions that enhance the end-user experience with water.
Direct reports include Connected Hardware and Software Product Management and Product Design leaders.
As the single point of contact for their channel, the General Manager is empowered to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams, fostering collaboration to achieve results. Additional Information:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $99,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
