$120,000-$150,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite Initially)

A global commodities firm is seeking an Applications Analyst to support and own core ERP and financial applications that are central to their business systems. This role mirrors an established position based in Europe and plays a critical role in supporting global finance operations across multiple time zones.

This is a hands‑on, ownership‑driven role with close interaction across Accounting, Treasury, IT, and external software vendors. It is ideal for a technically strong financial systems professional.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary U.S. liaison between business users, internal IS teams, and software vendors
• Troubleshoot application issues, integrations, and financial reporting
• Use SQL to analyze data issues, validate results, and support financial and operational reporting
• Partner closely with Product Controllers, Treasury, and other back‑office teams
• Support system configurations, enhancements, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones

What You Bring

• Experience supporting ERP (SAP) or financial systems in a production environment
• Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing financial data
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working directly with finance and accounting stakeholders
• Comfortable operating independently in a lean, high‑ownership environment

Systems Environment

• SAP‑style financial systems
• ERP vendor: Unit4 (CODA)
• Exposure to integrations, reporting, and financial analytics
