Applications Development Expert

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  
• Design system architecture and develop end -to -end CRM functionality
  
• Customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments
  
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and system solutions
  
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with third -party applications and data sources
  
• Support data migration, testing, deployment, and quality assurance activities
  
• Provide ongoing technical support, training, and user guidance
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• 7+ years of overall IT experience
  
• 3+ years of hands -on Microsoft Dynamics CRM development
  
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 customization, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and web services
  
• Experience with CRM data models, APIs/SDKs, and SQL -based data management
  
• Strong problem -solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work onsite Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm
  

• Experience delivering full lifecycle CRM implementations
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
  
• Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience
  

• Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check prior to assignment start
