Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with and passion for soup-to-nuts website development on *nix in a scripting language

Nice-to-haves:

• Rolled your own Prototype/jQuery extensions
• Dealt with database performance issues and query optimization in MySQL
• Contributed fixes/features to Rails or Rails plugins
• Written and/or maintain a Rails plugin (or several)
• Harnessed the power of OSX, but occasionally reminisce about compiling your own kernel
• Able to drink beer and play ping pong simultaneously
