Summary

A global technology innovator is seeking a detail-oriented Applications Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of software and embedded application solutions - from concept and procurement through implementation, optimization, and support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, blending technical fluency with product vision and business acumen. As a hands-on contributor within the Applications Product Management team, you will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee implementation with cross-functional teams
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency through application solutions
• Lead and deliver application-related projects on time and within budget
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to support product development and market readiness
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure long-term system stability and performance

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in electrical engineering or applications management
• Strong technical knowledge of software applications, systems, and networking
• Proven experience in project planning, troubleshooting, and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree in product design, engineering, or related field
