Applications Support Tech Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Support Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Work with various internal data provider teams to review and resolve day over day data quality issues for Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Reserve Board daily regulatory reporting. Work closely with Financial Risk Shared Services users in resolving critical regulatory reporting submission day to day issues. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with downstream users and other business stakeholders, as well as coordinate with development team regarding changes and implementation. Work closely with key business teams and system architects to understand business requirements and design technical solutions. Design and develop key functionalities using Java/J2EE, Oracle, Ab Initio, and internal set of tools and technologies. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation in the IT industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements using applications including JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, RLM, Autosys, Control Center, and Tableau; Designing and developing key functionalities using Java/J2EE, Oracle, Ab Initio; Reviewing and resolving day over day data quality issues for OCC and FRB daily Regulatory Reporting; Conducting User Acceptance testing along with downstream users and business stake holders and coordinating with development offshore regarding changes and fix implementation using tools including JIRA, Abinitio, Python, Unix, Big Data, ALM, Jenkins, and Sonar Qube; and Performing technical analysis, tuning, risk, and gap analysis, and preparing effort estimation activities using tools including SQL query Profiler, Function Point Analysis, Constructive Cost Model, Gantt Chart and KPIs. 40 hrs./wk.
