Specialty Inspections is looking for a Field Representative or Applicator (license required). Able to perform termiticide and fungicide applications in customers’ homes. Must maintain clean and professional appearance at job sites and demonstrate attention to detail and safety, including use of personal protective equipment. Advancement opportunities are available.
-Applicator license from CA's SPCB preferred

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Specialty Inspections offers one of the most comprehensive property inspection package in the East Bay.

We’re also a full service licensed general contractor with multiple specialized classifications, so our crews are qualified to handle any repair project.

Mark Kearns has been a part of the inspection industry since 1986 and has built a reputation on trust. He founded Specialty Termite, Inc. in 2003, in the former location of the historic Contractor’s Hardware building in Pleasanton. Business was fantastic that first year and since then the company has grown to offer home and roof inspections. A name change to Specialty Inspections followed to better reflect Specialty’s broader services. Several years ago, chimney, pool and sewer inspection services were added.

We now operate out of our new offices in downtown Pleasanton and service the entire east bay.
