Disney Bell Services Dispatch Cast Members are given the challenge to anticipate each Guests' arrival, help with the loading and unloading of their bags, assign tasks to the Bellperson, and store and tag luggage and/or groceries. Basic Qualifications : Must have a valid Florida Driver's License Must have knowledge of routes and roadways to destinations within the Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs Display clear and concise verbal and written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding with Guests and fellow Cast Members. Proficient with Smart Phone device and radios. Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required, as well as handling cleaning chemicals and supplies. Prolonged standing during peak operational hours to include indoor and outdoor settings. Physical role requiring heavy lifting of luggage up to 50 pounds or more, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling. Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
