Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable caregiver to provide in-home care for a client with Level 4 dementia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in dementia care, comfortable monitoring vital signs, and able to work in a home that includes a dog.

Key Responsibilities:

  Provide attentive care and supervision for a client with advanced dementia.

  Monitor and record vital signs as required.

  Assist with activities of daily living.

  Offer calm companionship and reassurance.

  Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

  Follow established care plans and safety protocols

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Proven experience caring for individuals with dementia (Level 4 preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to accurately take and document vital signs

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working in a home with a dog

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

  Strong communication skills
