Appointment Coordinator

Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be providing support to our Service department to schedule and confirm appointments, while providing general customer support.

Job Description:

• Schedule and confirm appointments for the Service Department
• Follow Up calls for the Service Department
• Input necessary information in system databases
• Provide customer service both over the phone and in person
• Answer general questions on service 
• Ability to interact with multiple departments concurrently and problem solve

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines
• Ability to multi task

Schedule:

Monday-Friday - 8am-4:30pm
