About the Role:
We’re hiring a full-time Appointment Coordinator to join our Service BDC (Business Development) team! This role is all about helping our guests get their vehicles scheduled for maintenance and repair in a friendly, efficient way.
You’ll speak with guests by phone, text, and online chat to book service appointments, answer questions, and follow up as needed. We’re looking for someone who’s kind, detail-oriented, and confident in both English and Spanish.
