We are looking for a reliable individual with excellent phone and basic computer skills to join our team as a Dedicated Appointment Scheduler.

Flexible Schedule Required

This position offers both full-time and part-time availability. This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate clients in various time zones. Candidates should be prepared to make calls during evening hours as needed to effectively connect with our diverse client base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Conduct calls to prospects and clients, aiming to achieve a specific daily target for call volume.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various outreach methods, including cold calling and follow-up calls.

Script Adherence: Follow a prepared script to ensure consistent messaging while being able to engage in natural conversation.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and appointments in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Previous telemarketing experience is essential.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Availability during designated hours.

Compensation: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour
