Position Description

Lawson Home Services is seeking a motivated, positive Appointment Center Representative to be the voice of our company, guiding homeowners through their first steps with us. We offer a casual, friendly office environment with a neat, casual dress code.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and active listening skills. You should have excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities, along with strong computer proficiency.

This role involves handling inbound calls for information or troubleshooting and outbound calls to schedule sales appointments or maintenance (no cold calling).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Prior office experience and ability to work with multiple screens is a must

Professional, cheerful phone presence

Schedule sales appointments efficiently, with knowledge of the state and Eastern Shore

Make outbound calls to homeowners and address service concerns

Strong customer service skills and accurate data entry

Proficient with Excel, Word, databases, and multi-line phone systems

Able to multitask, follow scripts, and ensure consistent, quality service

Experience

Customer Service: 2 years experience required

Route Scheduling: 1 years experience required

Background check and pre-employment drug screen are required

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
