Appointment Scheduler - Hiring Fast

Our client is a family-owned real estate firm that is aiming to expand throughout southern California. We are searching for Appointment Setters to join our client’s office, located in Downtown Los Angeles.

Hours: This is a Tuesday-Saturday position, from 9 am to 6 pm.

As the Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for calling leads generated by our client’s sales department, and then, scheduling those leads for appointments with the realtors.

You will be dealing with close to 30-40 leads a day and checking up on previous leads, so expect plenty of phone work.

You will also:

• Confirm appointments made and send confirmation notices to all parties.
• Coordinate with the realtors to find the right times they can take appointments.
• Track the appointments made and conduct proper follow-ups. This includes verifying the appointment happened, or finding out why appointments were canceled.
• Respond to texts and emails, resolving any questions about the appointments or services.
• Other administrative duties as needed.

Please keep in mind; that for every appointment that you make, and that happens, you will make a 10-dollar bonus.

Finally, our client may have you come to the corporate office in Calabasas for an interview. Please keep this in mind.

This is what we will be looking for in your candidacy:

• You have at least 1 year of previous experience in scheduling appointments, office work, or something similar.
• You must have worked in a fast-paced work environment in an office setting, in scheduling appointments.
• You know how to conduct proper follow-up and follow-through.
• You have proper phone etiquette skills.
• You carry yourself and speak with professionalism, as you will be the face of the company.
• You can operate independently, with minimal supervision.
• You are open to working the hours and shifts listed above.
• You are knowledgeable of social media platforms and can make updates as needed.
