Appointment Setter – Total Remodeling and Repair
Location: West Springfield, MA

This unique role combines door-to-door marketing and working at local events like fairs and festivals to set appointments for our sales team.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Prior experience in door-to-door sales, event promotions, or customer engagement
✔ Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
✔ Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
✔ Comfortable working both outdoors and at local events
✔ Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
✔ Ability to walk 3-5 miles per day and stand for extended periods at events

Key Responsibilities:
• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, promoting our home remodeling services and setting appointments
• Attend and engage with potential customers at local fairs, festivals, and other events
• Distribute flyers, engage with homeowners, and promote our services both in the field and at events
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team by effectively presenting our products and services
• Accurately track activities, appointments, and customer information
• Represent Total Remodeling and Repair professionally at all times
