Award-Winning Real Estate Team Seeks THREE more highly driven Appointment Setters / Real Estate Assistants to follow up with motivated Seller and Buyer Leads and convert them to appointments for Outside Sales Team Members 

No more running around with buyers and sellers - work a set 40-hour work week!

Base pay plus commission! Book at least 3 appts per day, you'll earn $80,000 to $95,000 per year!

Eligible for Health benefits, SEP Fund, Paid Time Off, and Vacation Days after 90 days.

Set a 40-hour work week!

• Available shifts: 9 - 5 pm OR 10:30 - 6:30 pm


• Must work at least (2) 10:30 - 6:30 pm shifts per week, for which you will earn an additional (4) PTO days per year


• (1) Saturday 10 - 6 pm per month required (of the Wednesday prior)


• (10) PTO Days and (7) Major Holidays paid


• PTO days are annually pro-rated


• No cold prospecting


• Call back property inquiries and requests


• Set appointments for our outside sales team


• No marketing or advertising is necessary


• All buyer and seller leads supplied


• Work a normal work week


• No stress on managing listings


• No running buyers around town 


• Accountability and daily reporting
