Appointment Setter

Description

We are currently looking to fill a position for a telemarketing specialist. Job duties include working with existing leads and developing new leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. This is a full-time position. Shift times may vary based on availability and will be determined at hire, Monday through Saturday. Accuracy and multi-tasking skills are important. The position includes making outbound calls, some data entry, helping/assisting other departments, being able to work in a team environment, and having a good attitude. Having knowledge in the home improvement industry is a plus, but not necessary. Candidates should be hard-working, have excellent communication skills, great work ethic, good attendance, have a positive attitude, be fun, energetic, and professional.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have a high school diploma.

Salary: Starting $14-16 /hour depending on experience, plus commissions earned
