Position Overview
This is an inside sales/appointment setting role, responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations. You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for homeowners interested in our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to homeowners regarding our home improvement services
- Qualify leads based on pre-set criteria and accurately schedule in-home appointments
- Provide information through phone, text, and email communication
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Maintain detailed records of communication and lead activity
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools
- Receptive to coaching and ongoing professional development
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $18–$20/hour (depending on experience)

Work Schedule Options
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekend Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location Requirement
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Vancouver, WA 98665 prior to their start date.
