Inside Sales / Appointment Setter — Medicare Insurance

Integrity Insurance and Financial Services is seeking a personable, motivated, and organized Inside Sales / Appointment Setter to join our growing Medicare insurance team.

Integrity Insurance and Financial Services is an exclusive general agency for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Texas. With more than 25 active agents and over 41,000 active policyholders, we have built a strong reputation for helping Medicare-eligible individuals and families make confident, informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients by phone to introduce Integrity Insurance and Financial Services
  • Follow up with warm leads and existing inquiries
  • Qualify prospects and determine interest in speaking with a licensed insurance agent
  • Schedule appointments for licensed Medicare insurance professionals
  • Confirm appointment details and help reduce no-shows
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity records in the company CRM
  • Follow scripts and compliance guidelines
  • Provide a professional, friendly, and trustworthy first impression of Integrity Insurance
  • Support licensed agents by helping keep their calendars  full and organized

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is dependable, confident on the phone, and comfortable speaking with Medicare-eligible individuals and families. This role is a great fit for someone who is goal-oriented, organized, and motivated by both helping others and earning performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, call center work, or phone-based outreach preferred
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using scripts, CRM systems, and basic computer tools
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle objections with professionalism and patience
  • Experience in insurance, Medicare, healthcare, or financial services is a plus, but not required

This is an appointment-setting and inside sales support role. Unless properly licensed, this position does not provide Medicare plan advice, make coverage recommendations, or discuss specific plan benefits. The primary focus is qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, and supporting licensed insurance agents.
