At Green Energy Windows, we're looking for enthusiastic Appointment Setters to engage with potential clients and help them discover the benefits of our energy-efficient solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in scheduling appointments for our fantastic sales team!

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers and share information about our windows and energy solutions.
• Create a positive first impression while explaining the advantages of going green.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with interested clients.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep the conversation going.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills paired with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• A passion for customer service and a desire to help others.
• Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus, but we welcome all enthusiastic applicants!
• Strong organizational skills to manage leads effectively.
• A valid driver’s license is required for any necessary travel.

Base PLUS Commissions

$680/week Guaranteed (40 hr week)

Setters averaging $1200-$1400/week
