At Green Energy Windows, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Appointment Setters to help us reach out to potential customers and inform them about our amazing energy-efficient solutions. Your role will be essential in paving the way for our sales team’s success!

What You’ll Do:

• Initiate friendly conversations with potential customers about our eco-friendly windows and services.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with interested clients.
• Provide clear information on the benefits of our products and help clients understand how they can enhance their homes.
• Follow up with leads to maintain a warm connection and encourage engagement.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions to ensure seamless communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in renewable and energy-efficient solutions.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not necessary!
• Strong organizational skills to track leads and follow-ups effectively.
• A valid driver's license is required for potential client visits.

Base PLUS Commissions

$680/week Guaranteed (40 hr week)

Setters averaging $1200-$1400/week
