At Green Energy Windows, we're on a mission to provide exceptional renewable energy solutions to our customers, and we need enthusiastic Appointment Setters like you to be the first point of contact! You will engage with potential clients, educate them about our services, and schedule appointments for our expert sales team to follow up.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Reaching out to potential customers to discuss their needs and how our energy-efficient solutions can help.
• Setting appointments for our skilled sales representatives to meet with interested clients.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers.
• Documenting customer information and interactions in our CRM system accurately.
• Collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve goals and share successes!

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• A passion for customer service and renewable energy solutions.
• Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is a bonus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage leads and documentation effectively.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for this role.

Base PLUS Commissions

$680/week Guaranteed (40 hr week)

Paid Training

Setters averaging $1200-$1400/week
