Green Energy Windows is looking for enthusiastic Appointment Setters to help spread the word about our energy-efficient solutions. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, share the benefits of our services, and schedule appointments for our knowledgeable sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Initiate conversations with potential clients who are interested in enhancing their homes.
• Share your excitement about our energy-efficient windows and the positive impact they can have.
• Schedule appointments that align with our sales team’s calendar and the clients’ needs.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep the conversation going.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure smooth communication.

Your role is essential in helping our team provide top-notch service while making homes more energy-efficient!

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills to engage potential customers.
• A genuine interest in helping others and providing solutions.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-ups effectively.
• A valid driver’s license for any necessary client visits.

Base PLUS Commissions

$680/week Guaranteed (40 hr week)

Setters averaging $1200-$1400/week
