Your Role Will Include:

• Reaching out to prospective customers with energy and enthusiasm, introducing them to our solar solutions.
• Scheduling appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for both parties.
• Engaging in follow-ups to maintain that connection and answer any questions clients may have.
• Documenting customer interactions accurately to help refine our outreach efforts.
• Working collaboratively with a dynamic team to achieve shared goals and celebrate victories together!

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills that shine, both verbally and in writing.
• A natural ability to engage with people and build rapport over the phone.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage leads effectively.
• A valid driver's license is required to facilitate any necessary client meetings.

Base PLUS Commissions
