Are you a friendly and outgoing person who loves talking to people? At VITL SOLAR, we are searching for enthusiastic Appointment Setters to join our amazing family! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our potential customers, helping them understand the fantastic solar solutions we offer while scheduling appointments for our dedicated sales team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients in the field sharing the benefits of solar energy.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with interested clients.
• Maintain friendly and informative communication to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep organized records of interactions and follow-ups to manage leads effectively.
• Work closely with your team to reach and exceed goals in a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• A passion for customer service and helping others.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
