Are you a motivated individual with a knack for communication? VITL Solar, a leading name in renewable energy solutions, is seeking passionate Appointment Setters to connect with prospective clients at our Kiosk located inside our LOWES store locations and help them discover the benefits of solar energy. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, setting the stage for meaningful conversations and appointments with our knowledgeable sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to inform them about our solar solutions.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on customer availability.
• Create a positive impression while engaging potential clients and answering basic queries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interaction and ensure follow-ups are conducted appropriately.
• Work closely with the marketing team to reach outreach targets and enhance lead engagement.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred.
