Are you a friendly person who enjoys talking to others? VITL Solar is looking for enthusiastic Appointment Setters to join our passionate team! In this role, you'll connect with potential customers, share our solar solutions, and help them book appointments with our sales team. We believe in making a positive impact while having fun along the way!

Your Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients and engage them in friendly conversations about solar energy at our Kiosks inside our Lowes store locations.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with interested customers.
• Provide accurate information about our services and answer any questions.
• Keep track of your interactions and follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and celebrate our successes together!

What We’re Looking For:

• Great communication skills with a warm and engaging personality.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a big plus!
• Basic computer skills for managing records and follow-ups.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
