As a BPP Appraisal Assistant/Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent service to the public and a high level of support to the BPP Division.
Starting Salary: $35,200 to $44,000 Depending on experience

Requirements
The ideal BPP Appraisal Assistant/Receptionist has excellent public relations skills, is adaptable, and has a positive attitude. Basic computer skills including word processing are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is helpful. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills along with demonstrable oral and written communication skills are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous receptionist experience is preferred. Bilingual (read and speak) skills are preferred. Applicant must be able to pass a standardized typing skill test administered by the District.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL ABILITIES:
Incumbent must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time with ability to reach, bend and move up/down. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds of files or equipment. The position requires the ability to concentrate on assigned tasks and the ability to manage time effectively in order to meet production and quality objectives. Incumbent must be able to communicate clearly on the telephone and face to face, including the ability to ask questions that will bring forth the information needed to make sound decisions.
