Your New Role

As an Apprentice, you’ll:

• Assist licensed professionals in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks, including installations, maintenance, and repairs


• Learn and apply industry codes, trade practices, and safety standards under expert guidance


• Keep your workspace organized and follow all safety protocols


• Maintain equipment inventory, assist with truck organization, and deliver tools as needed


• Communicate effectively and work as a team player to ensure smooth project completion


• Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge for future growth

• Open to learning all trade departments (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)


• Drug-free with a clean criminal record and valid driver’s license


• Clean driving record with the ability to drive a service truck


• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills


• Physically able to lift 50-75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, ceilings, and on ladders


• Professional appearance and adherence to safety procedures


• Authorized to work in the U.S.
