What You’ll Do

As a Water Treatment Installation Apprentice, you will:

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and commercial water treatment systems.


• Work side-by-side with experienced installers, learning best practices and industry-standard techniques.


• Gain valuable skills and technical knowledge that will prepare you for future advancement.


• Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every interaction, supporting the team in delivering top-tier service experiences for every customer.

What We’re Looking For

• Eager to learn and grow in a technical, hands-on trade.


• Dependable, respectful, and committed to doing the job right the first time.


• Great communicator with a positive attitude.


• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.


• Experience in the trades or mechanical work is a plus.

No prior experience required — just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic!
