We are currently seeking an Apprentice Carpenter to assist with a variety of construction and repair projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring all finished products meet company quality standards and adhere to safety protocols. Prior carpentry experience or vocational training is preferred, along with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.

· Assist with construction and repairs across multiple job sites.

· Operate machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.

· Stack, stage, and label jobs accurately.

· Check the accuracy of your own work and complete all required paperwork.

· Work from specification books and shop drawings; ask for clarification as needed.

· Set a positive example and demonstrate initiative in daily tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum one year of carpentry experience or completion of trade school certification.

· Familiarity with standard shop machinery and tools.

· Reliable transportation to and from work.

· Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.

· Strong team player who adapts well in a changing work environment.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

· Must be able to lift, push, and carry 50–70 lbs.

· Strong balance, hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina.

· Capable of working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
