What You’ll Do

Support lead carpenters and project managers with a wide range of residential carpentry tasks, including:

• Demolition, layout, measuring, cutting, fastening, and finish work


• Familiar with: Drywall hanging/finishing, basic plumbing/electrical under supervision


• Cabinet installation (framed & frameless), flooring installs


• Minor punch-list items


• Site protection, daily cleanup, and tool/material organization


• Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates, trade partners, and clients


• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a clean, professional job site

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 
  Experience: 1+ year in residential carpentry  (MINIMUM)


• 
  Tools & Aptitude: Familiar with general carpentry tools; eager to learn and improve


• 
  Problem Solver: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to think a step ahead

  Character: Positive attitude, dependable, on time, and team-oriented


• 
  Safety-First: Committed to doing it the safest way—every time

Requirements

• Willing to pursue and participate in continuing education/training


• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle


• Able to measure, cut, bend, and lift materials/equipment (up to 100 lbs as needed)


• Smartphone with internet access for schedules, photos, and communication


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Willing to complete background check and drug screening
